Affiliate Program Terms

These terms explain how the CutieSVG Affiliate Program (“the Program”) works. By applying to or taking part in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to them. “CutieSVG”, “we” and “us” refer to the owner of cutiesvg.com.

1. Joining the Program

  • Every application is reviewed by hand. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information, including a valid PayPal email for payments.
  • One affiliate account per person or business.

2. Commissions

  • You earn 30% of the order value, excluding taxes and fees, on every qualifying purchase made through your affiliate link.
  • Your referral is tracked with a cookie for 30 days after a visitor clicks your link. If the visitor clicked several affiliates’ links, the last affiliate clicked gets the commission.
  • A purchase does not qualify if it is made by you, for you, or by anyone in your household, or if the visitor blocks or clears cookies before buying.
  • We may change commission rates in the future. Changes only apply to sales made after the change is posted.

3. Payments

  • Each commission has a 30-day holding period to cover refunds and chargebacks. After that it becomes payable.
  • Payable commissions are paid once a month through PayPal, around the 15th, once your balance reaches $25 USD. Balances below $25 roll over to the next month.
  • If an order is refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, its commission is cancelled. If it was already paid, we may deduct it from your future earnings.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

4. How you may promote CutieSVG

You are welcome to share your link on your blog, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, email newsletters and other channels you own. Please use the banners and preview images in your affiliate dashboard, or your own photos of finished projects made with our designs.

5. What is not allowed

Any of the following can lead to cancelled commissions and removal from the Program:

  • Bidding on our brand in paid search. Do not bid on “CutieSVG”, “Cutie SVG”, cutiesvg.com, or any misspelling of them in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or any other search ad platform. Do not use our name in ad copy or display URLs.
  • Coupon and deal sites. Do not post our discount codes or affiliate links on coupon, voucher or cashback sites unless we have agreed to it in writing.
  • Self-referrals. Do not buy through your own link, or ask friends or family to buy through it just to earn commission.
  • Sharing our files. Never share, resell, or give away our SVG, PNG, DXF, EPS or other design files, even as a “freebie”. Only use approved preview images, which must not be edited to remove watermarks.
  • Spam and misleading promotion. No unsolicited email or messages, fake reviews, false claims, or pretending to be CutieSVG or its staff.
  • Cookie stuffing and fake traffic. No hidden links, pop-unders, bots, or any method that sets our cookie without a real click.
  • Unsuitable content. Do not promote us on sites that contain illegal, hateful, violent or adult content, or that infringe anyone’s rights.

6. Disclosure

You must clearly tell your audience that you may earn a commission from your links, as required by the US FTC and similar rules elsewhere. A short line such as “This post contains affiliate links, and I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you” is enough.

7. Use of our brand

We give you a limited, revocable right to use the CutieSVG name, logo and provided creatives only to promote the Program. You may not register domain names or social media accounts that include our brand name.

8. Ending your participation

You or we may end your participation at any time. If you leave, or we remove you without a breach of these terms, we will pay any commissions that clear the holding period and meet the minimum balance. If you are removed for breaking these terms, unpaid commissions are forfeited.

9. Other terms

  • You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship.
  • Our tracking records are final in deciding whether a sale qualifies for commission.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the commissions you earned in the 3 months before a claim.
  • We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and continuing in the Program means you accept the updated terms.
